I had the chance to train with Abhi Tripathi and Surjeet, both of whom are supportive and knowledgeable.
While the gym has a lot of positives, there is one downside: there is only one set of equipment for certain exercises. This can make it a bit challenging, especially when the gym is busy. However, the gym’s operating hours are convenient, open from 6 AM to 11 AM and then from 4:30 PM to 11 PM, so you can find a time that works for you.
