MHP Strong Gym is one of the most preferred clubs among the gyms in Kanpur owing to the availability of a large number of machines and enough space for all the exercising individuals. From my experience of visiting different gyms, in my opinion, MHP can be considered the best gym for the price, the equipment, and the space it occupies. This gym has been especially recommended, and especially for first-timers who are looking to begin a fitness program. To fully get the best out of MHP one must go for the monthly packages that are for three months and above.
Among the strengths of MHP Strong Gym, the company operates from 6 AM to 10 PM, meeting the needs of many people. In my opinion, personally, MHP has been very good to me; this gym offers so much space, excellent machines, and efficient training. It also strengthens the feeling of this place not only being a gym, but a community where people can come and feel welcomed. Also, the price factor is very reasonable for the masses, which again is an advantage.
As soon as I signed up for MHP Gym, I was impressed with the trainers’ professionalism and the facilities’ equipment. Here, there is a lot that one can learn about fitness as they include many machines that develop the muscles and other features of fitness. My year subscription has been rather gratifying due to the variety of fine equipment such as the treadmill, the exercising bicycle, the weight-lifting equipment, and dumbbells. The personnel is always ready to help and make sure that all the equipment is functioning properly.
MHP Gym also provides numerous fitness classes including but not limited to yoga, pilates, spin, and strength. The course instructors are knowledgeable, and motivating, and because the class sizes are small personal attention is given. Another advantage of MHP Gym is that it provides a friendly environment. The staff and people around are very welcoming, making it easy for the regular patrons to feel like they are part of a clan.
